Swimming Pool Maintenance
Chemicals and cleaning equipment to be provided by Atlantic Pool Maintenance, except stabilizer
which is added and billed separately as needed.
Repairs and replacement of pool equipment, as well as storm damage cleanup, will be charged additionally.
It is our policy to bill monthly service one month in advance. A two week notice of cancellation
is required by either party. Bills are sent out at the end of month, due on or before the 10th of the
following month.

Our monthly service consist of the following:
1. Test and balance water for proper chlorine levels each service day.
2. Test and balance water for proper PH levels each service day.
3. Test and balance water for proper alkalinity levels each month.
4. Clean skimmer and pump baskets as needed.
5. Clean tiles of scum line each service day.
6. Vacuum as needed, ensuring left clean.
7. Brush walls each service day.
8. Skim surfaces for floating debris.
9. Clean Cartridge Systems as dictated by pressure gauge.
10. Maintain proper water level to ensure adequate surface skimming.
